Watford has presented a special edition kit in honor of his most famous supporter and former President, Sir Elton John.
Inspired by the 2017 art work “Diamonds” The largest hits album, the T -shirt presents a weak star motif on the front, Silver Watford Crest and Kelme Logos, and the retro of the club Happy Hornet Badge in HEM.
The pass and the fists carry any additional stars details, while the reverse is entangled with lyrics from one of his most iconic songs, “Your song”.
The Strip, designed in collaboration with Elton, will be taken when the Hornets welcome Blackburn Rovers to the championship.
The start of the celebrations for the 50th anniversary of the music legend has been marked by turning President of Watford in 1976, a role in which he oversaw the remarkable goal of the club from the fourth division to the first.
To launch the launch, the current players recreated some of the most famous album covers from Elton to Complete Kit. Defender Kevin Keben channeled “Jump!” With a bowling hat, while Mattie Pollock paid tribute to “Rock of the Westies”.
Half Music, Half Football, All Watford: This is a showstopper worthy of Rocket Man.
