HeaTeas fruit crossed his position, launched himself length to the right and squeezed one hand. In a stunning display of athleticism and timing, he managed to rise to the ball in mid-air, completing a catch that stunned his teammates in an instant before his teammates also celebrated him.
Replays showed just how incredible the effort was: Markram extended every possible inch, extending the ball full length, before he could make a game-defining game-saving dive. Fans flooded social media with praise for the South African star, with many calling it one of the best catches of the ongoing series.

India continue to slide under pressure on the scoreboard
For India, Nitish’s sacking added to a growing list of setbacks. The visitors struggled to build a partnership and remain under immense pressure after South Africa applied their first innings efforts. The top order failed to convert starters and regular batsmen India never found the momentum they needed.
At the end of 59 overs, India crawled to 170/7, still trailing significantly. Washington Sundar (31 *) and Kuldeep Yadav (12 *) was catching trying to avoid losing an innings and keep India’s hopes alive.
