Virgil van Dijk makes future predictions as Liverpool contract negotiations continue


Virgil van Dijk has backed himself to continue playing at the highest level for at least another four years as he reaffirmed his love for current club Liverpool.

The Dutch centre-back is approaching the final six months of his contract and has already rejected at least one extension offer, although he recently confirmed that he would. not putting a deadline on his talks with Liverpool.

Van Dijk admitted it is perhaps the biggest clue to his future so far Amazon Prime who feels a mutual love from Liverpool and is in no mood to step away from the limelight at this point in his career.

“I love the club, the club loves me,” he vowed. “I love the fans, the fans love me and it’s a very good foundation to be successful.
