Turki Alalshikh: Future Fighting Plans

Turki says Khataev will have the opportunity to fight on one of his cards in the future. He plans to bring Morrell back to 175 in December, but did not reveal who his opponent will be.

Many fans thought Khataev deserved the victory in that fight, because he became the best of Morrell in the early rounds. In fifth place, Khataev Morrell dropped with a right hand. Until then, Cuban Morrell dominated Olympic bronze medalist Khataev in 2020. However, he became careless when he left with his hands down.

Morrell fell, strongly fought back

Khataev saw the opening and quickly charged with landing a right to Morrell’s jaw to put him down. The round ended before Khataev could try to put Morrell away. After the round, Morrell dropped and fought with more passion, snapped and landed hard combinations that injured Khataev several times.

“Not a re -broadcast. Khataev will have a chance with us in the future, and Morrell too, ‘Turki Alalshikh said Thaboxingvoice Asked if there will be a re -broadcast between David Morrell and Imam Khataev.

There will be many fans interested in seeing Khataev fight next. He showed that he was able to defeat many fighters in the light heavyweight section with his power. What he is missing is endurance, and he does not like to hit the body. When Morrell hit Khataev to the body, he showed a visible reaction.

In some cases, he would look at the referee for help when the shots would hit him around the sides to the rear area. He did the same to Morrell, but he didn’t complain.

Morrell’s return of 175 pounds

“Morrell, we’ll see him again in December.” I like him and love his style. I think he will stay at 175. There are many fighters in 175. We can see him again, “Turki said.

It will be interesting to see that Morrell contenders such as Joshua Buatsi, Callum Smith, Oleksandr Gvozdyk, or the two-time Cuban Olympic gold medalist Arlen Lopez.
