Alexander Zverev tuned for training of northern northern summer summer season with coach Nadal at the Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca.
The Olympic Champion of the Gold Medal Zverev said he would like to work with Tony Nadal on a more regular basis, but a future partnership depends on Uncle Tony’s schedule.
Speaking to the media in Toronto, where he is the best seed at the National Bank of this week Open, Zverev said “I am trying to persuade” Tony Nadal to join his training team.
“I mean, he spent quite a while with me, so I’m very grateful for that,” Zverev told the media in Toronto. “I mean, time in Mallorca was amazing. I spent about 10 days there, and I really worked and enjoyed it too. I think Tony probably also enjoyed it too.
“I am trying to persuade him (smiling) to do more weeks with me, and we will see how he goes, but he is a very busy man. Also he has many dates he is already committed to this year, so I am not sure how much you will see this year because he gave his speech many events and many speeches already more.

In addition to working with Tony Nadal, Zverev said he gained “excellent penetration” from Rafael Nadal in his game. The King of Clay Rafa Nadal shared with Zverev how it was to face German.
“Yes, they definitely spent many hours talking to me, and they gave me a great mirror. Rafa gave me a great overview of what is actually playing against me because he saw me as a player, he saw me now as a spectator,” Zverev said. “It was very useful, and again, we spent hours and hours talking, sometimes until midnight at some dinners and things like that. So it was good to be there.”
At the beginning of this month, the French Arthur Rinderknech Finished a five -set win over Zverev in the first round of Wimbledon. Rinderknech won 44 out of 55 net trips and denied all nine points of rest he faced.
Zverev then said that the prestigious lawn of the center court felt like a deep hole that could not be saved.
Six months after his growing up in the Australian Open final, Zverev suffered his second career in the first round Wimbledon and opened in the abuse he is feeling.
“I would say more mental, surely. Funny funny. I feel very alone there occasionally,” Zverev said. “I fight mentally. I’ve said that after Australian Open. Yes, I just don’t know. I’m trying to find ways, trying to find ways to get out of this hole. I continue to find myself back in it in a way.
“Yes, I don’t know. I feel, in general, just enough in life at the moment, which is a feeling that is not very beautiful.”
In his SW19 partition oppressor, Zverev said it is possible that he could hire a new coach and admitted that he is not in response to court.
“Maybe,” Zverev said when asked about a new coach. “As I said, yes, it’s another feeling now to me. I can’t speak at the moment. But I think I’ll have answers from Canada.”
While Zverev has worked with high profile coaches in the past-including David Ferrer, who helped him guide him to the US Open Final and ex. 1 Juan Carlos Ferrero, who has been extremely successful training Carlos Alcaraz-Ai continues to return to the familiarity of his father, Alexander Zverev, Sr., as coach.
Toni Nadal, known as a delightful and tough person, spent some time working with Felix Auger-Aliasmes after withdrawing as official Rafa Nadal coach. Zverev said his goal is to maximize his game to try to win Grand Slams.
“I mean, I think at this stage for me is about profit, and try to maximize what I have, and
Trying to maximize what I can be, “Zverev said.” Again, I think my team, but also Tony are extraordinary in this, to maximize what a player has. Of course, he was with Rafa before, which I will never compare myself to Rafa, but if he can maximize what I have, and he can maximize the potential I have, I’m sure I can have much more success in my career. “
