Toulon Golf has released it 2026 Paw Collectionand got a sneak peek at what they have to offer.
Toulon has added some new models in Monaco and Boston, as well as improvements across the board. They’ve also brought back their crowd favorite Deep Diamond Mill model, this time with a similar custom to the model that Xander Schauffele won two majors in 2024. This is now the third release of the collection from this “third life” of Toulon Golf which follows growth and success in 2024 and 2025. Let’s take a look at what makes the 2026 collection different and give an insight into the company itself and its family members Sean, Kathy, Preston, honorary family member Tony, dheru.

The first thing you’ll notice about Toulon’s 2026 collection is the Midnight Blue finish. This is a finish that has been used in their Toulon Smallbatch program with the likes of Smallbatch Sea Island, Smallbatch Pinehurst and Smallbatch Palo Alto. It’s been quite a crowd-pleaser, so they decided to bring it into their 2026 collection along with white and cool gray accents and paint. The chokes are once again ground from 304 stainless steel which is a slightly softer material compared to some other grinding irons on the market, and they take their time in the grinding machine. You can see very subtle milling details everywhere you look on the new 2026 collection gear and they’ve incorporated their fine Saulsalito blue on some of the 6061 aluminum soleplates as well.

While Toulon have always been known for their beauty—and, with the new finish and a softer approach to overall shaping, that’s still a focus—this year’s line focuses on performance.

This led to the development of the latest iteration of the Deep Diamond Mill face design, a crowd favorite. The new mill pattern is a touch shallower than players may remember from older Toulon Design iterations, but more closely resembles the mill pattern that played in Schauffele’s two major wins in 2024. They’ve also added a groove to the pattern this year, which helps get the ball into its initial spin faster and more efficiently. From a feel perspective, it gives the player a bit more volume, but not at the sacrifice of height.

You get a nice confident impact sound without any ringing or “cuts” in the sound. There is also a deliberate approach to hand feedback. Each putter is built to the maximum MOI it can get out of that given shape, so you’ll get a bit more feedback from the blades than the hammers, but it’s a nice “player desired” feedback. Not harsh enough to make you jump, but just enough to make sure you know you missed the middle of your face.

The new Toulon line does not make revolutionary changes; in some ways that is the point. They are sticking to their guns and making thoughtful and directed changes in their efforts to improve and refine. There is a lot of purpose in the changes they make not only to the players but also to the formation itself.
What is also important are the non-linear inserts. Toulon has only added two new models this year, but you’ll also notice that many models have been dropped from the line. Carlsbad, Charleston, Atlanta, Miami and New York City all placed on the chopping block. One of Toulon’s superpowers is its loyal customers, and the company is all about making sure they’re doing right. Curating the lineup in the right combination of shapes and necks requires serious thought. Making sure they are covering everything their base wants to buy from them is on the short list of priorities.
Offers with new forms for 2026
The two new models in Boston and Monaco tell the story of where Toulon is innovating. The Boston is their first long-neck offering in a collection series and takes cues from the traditional Austin shape that Toulon has had around since the beginning. However, it wasn’t a straight head swap to another house. By moving the hose up in the long-neck setup, they had to make subtle changes to the head geometry to ensure the acoustics and feel of the rubber still met their standards. A clutch essentially acts as a tuner between the head and the hands, so switching to a different clutch will usually mean some geometry changes. The Boston is finished with a sight point, which is one of my personal favorite details, and has two adjustable sole weights.

2026 Boston Collection
For the first time ever in a collection line, we are proud to introduce our new H3 long neck extended tube. This feature creates about 30 degrees of toe hang, significantly less than a blade with a conventional H1 clutch. This makes the Boston ideal for those looking to reduce face spin and a better fit for those with a straighter swing path. Our Front Load Milled Round Weights improve ball speed consistency across the face and combine with our new Deep Diamond Mill face pattern to create a soft yet satisfying sound and feel.
Monaco, on the other hand, is a completely new form that they have developed. It can be seen as a cousin of Las Vegas, hence the name. If you look at Monaco as a kind of Las Vegas with a crown, you can see the design inspiration. The 304 stainless steel face and crown marry a 6061 aluminum plate to create a highly durable multi-material shape. Monaco, like Las Vegas, is also a very good transition player for players looking to move from a blade to a mallet. With its adjustable sole weight offset slightly towards the face and a large hollow cavity in the center of the putter head, you get the benefits of a more forward CG position like a blade, with the footprint and MOI benefits of a hammer putter. It also comes in two different neck configurations with an H1 plumber neck style neck that is becoming increasingly popular for hammer users (which is also available for lefties) and their H4.5 sloped neck that gives the player more hang on the toes and a tighter feel on the putting surface when hitting.
Toulon Monaco
Meet Monaco. Brand new from the ground up, this progressive, mid-sized, multi-material hammer combines stunning looks with outstanding performance.

How the new collection really shines
Summing up the whole collection, the word I would use is “careful”. That’s what they’ve used to massage the returning shapes to create a new look and feel, while also introducing two killer shapes in Boston and Monaco. It’s really hard to describe the detail that went into this build until you can get a gauge in your hands to see with your own eyes and feel the work for yourself. Not an edge, a point, a sharp point or a flaw can be seen anywhere. The bumpers roll smoothly, the slow-mill molding lines are purposeful and smooth, and the new finish is brilliant in the light, and that Deep Diamond Mill? Gets me every time. Toulon has changed the internal structures on some of the setters to help fine-tune the sound and feel. The changes you can’t see, but you will certainly hear and feel. This sums up their approach.
The crew at Toulon Golf cares about the work and detail that goes into every barrel that leaves their shop. Fun fact: if you order a Toulon Collection gauge, it’s actually being built by a member of the Toulon family every day in Vista, California. More than anything, they care and listen to their customer. The entire new lineup is driven by feedback from the people who buy and use their devices every day. In the third iteration of their third life, Toulon seem to be thriving more than ever.
What is available in 2026
There are a total of 7 new shapes to choose from: 3 blades and 4 hammer offerings. Each blade comes in a plumber’s neck configuration with the Hollywood (triple fret) and Austin (Anser style) using their standard length H1 neck with the Austin also available left handed and the Boston (Anser style) using the new long H3 neck. For the hammers, you can choose between two necks for each model, including the Alcatraz Mini Double Bend and H1 Plumber Neck, the Alcatraz Double Bend (available left-handed) and H1 Plumber Neck, the Las Vegas Double Bend and H7 Flow Neck, and the all-new Monaco, available in both H1 and Plumber5 available. steep neck. Each model can be purchased with a chrome or black shaft and the choice of the new 2026 match collection handle or any other Toulon handle colour. Plumber neck options can also be custom ordered with a Mitsubishi Diamana P105 shaft, and all irons can be built with their heavy spec options that use heavier adjustable sole weights, longer lengths and longer 15-inch grips. You can purchase Toulon Golf’s 2026 Collection from their website starting at $600.00 USD.
Toulon have also hinted that there could be a lot of revenue from their camp in 2026 as they ramp up their low-torque Formula series as well as their new exploratory/experimental Project 59 series. I for one am looking forward to seeing what they come up with, but for now, we can all enjoy their new 2026 collection and hey; Let’s Make Toe Hang Great Again.
