Manny Pacquiao fights tonight, July 19, in his Comeback title challenge against the WBC Welterweight Champion Mario Barrios in the main event in the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

The 46-year-old Pacquiao (62-8-2, 39 COs) gets an unheard straight title shot after four years of retired. He lost his last battle against Yordenis Ugas in 2021, slowly and not as mobile as he was in the past. He blamed the bone cramps, yet he still retired rather than asking for a re -broadcast.
Pacquiao will have to use the high-energy-volume penal style for which he was in the last known to defeat the younger fighter Barrios (29-2-1, 18 COs). Manny doesn’t seem to be able to maintain pace fast enough and throw enough shots for him to defeat the 30-year-old Barrios tonight.

The battle in which many younger fans are more interested on this map is the re-broadcast between WBC junior middleweight champion Sebastian Fundora (22-1-1, 14 COs) and former WBO champion Tim Tszyu (25-2, 18 KOs). Tszyu is still salt over his 12-round split decision loss to Fundora last year, upset with the defeat, and he remains the blame for the cut he suffered early in the match.
Fundora, 6’6 ″, consider Tszyu as a clover, who does not confront the truth about what happened last year. He also believes Tim is suffering from PTSD, and is still struggling spiritually that has taken place in their fight.
