Former Nr..1 British and Six-time of Seminist Grand Slam Tim Henman He has been appointed Vice President of the European Team for the Laver Cup starting with the 2025 edition being held at the Chassi Iconic Center in San Francisco from September 19-21.

Henman, one of Britain’s most accomplished tennis players, enjoyed a stellar career marked by 15 ATP titles and a high career ranking of the world no.4. Known for his service and volume style and extraordinary durability in Wimbledon’s bar courts, Henman remains one of the most respected figures in the sport.
Since pension, he has become a prominent commentator and analyst.
Invited by the team European captain Yannick NoahHenman will take over from Thomas ENQVIST of Sweden who has been vice president of the team captain of the team since the inauguration of the Laver Cup in Prague in 2017.
“I am absolutely excited to be joining Team Europe as vice president,” Henman said. “Seeing Laver Cup as an expert and seeing in the first hand the intensity, quality of tennis and passion and interaction between players in the bench, I know how special this event is.
“Being invited by Yannick to be part of the Laver Cup is a great honor and I am really looking forward to working with him and the team to continue the winning tradition of Europe.”
Noah, who will make his debut in Laver Cup as captain this year is pleased that Henman accepted the role.
“Tim brings with it a rich experience and passion for the game, and its penetrations will be invaluable to our team,” Noe said. “He has always been a fierce competitor and a great leader inside and outside the court. I am pleased to have him with Mia while we aim to defend our title in San Francisco this September.”
Laver Cup 2025 marks a change of guard for leading both teams with Noah and Henman up against eight times Grand Slam Champion Other agass and his World Captain of the Completed Team, Australian Rafter.
