The start of golf season is upon us here in the Northeast. No matter where you are, it’s only mid-March. It is still cold and the weather is unpredictable. Do yourself a favor and don’t wear it with shorts when it’s still cold, wet and windy outside. Make the adult decision and put on pants; you’ll feel better and play better. That said, as we all know, golf apparel is venturing into wild territory when it comes to price, and golf pants are no exception. However, as always, I’m here to help you save some money and look your best on the course. In my opinion, these are the best golf pants you can buy for under $65.
of Technical Stretch Quince Performance Dress Pants they’re not golf specific, and that’s okay, because these pants are the definition of versatile. A few weeks ago, I mentioned how much I love it VRST Eastern Tapered Waist Pants but Quince Performance Stretch has usurped them by a wide margin. As someone with a large frame, I really like the fit of these pants because they cater to athletic builds. That’s not to say these are only for people with large frames; skinny pants look good on almost everyone. Constructed from high quality feel materials that feel great and with little flex, Technical Stretch Quince Performance Pants are an almost perfect set of pants, period. They can be worn on and off the course with ease.
From everyday basics to performance golf wear, Uniqlo makes incredibly solid clothing. of Smart ankle pants are one of Uniqlo’s staples, and it’s easy to see why. Once again, especially for the price, the materials feel very high quality and look sharp. The fit is very similar to the aforementioned Quince pants – once again, a taper looks good on almost everyone. It’s important to note that these pants are a bit shorter than what you may be used to (so called smart ankle pants) so shop accordingly. Personally, I like to show a bit of ankle. However, if you prefer traditional length pants, give Uniqlo’s a go Airsense pants a glance.
Just because they are not no. 1 does not mean that VRST Easy Waist Tapered Pants are not included in the list. As you know, I think very highly of these pants. They are no longer my favorite golf pants, but they still hold a special place in my heart. It’s important to note that these retail for $88, but they’re on sale for $34. At that price, they’re hard to beat. Since the sale was announced, these things have come off the shelves, but there are still plenty of colors and sizes in stock at Golf Galaxy. Get them while you can.
