West Bromwich Albion is fighting for a place in the Premier League next season, but Manager Tony Mowbray has sent a notice about promotion to the first flight.
Mowbray thinks West Brom will need a substantial investment during the summer transfer window to keep up to date if they are promoted in the Premier League.
The tastes of Leicester City and Southampton have been very poor at the Premier League this season, although he went very well in the championship last season. West Brom’s head believes that teams like Leeds United could suffer the same destination next season.
