According to a report on Cricbuzz, LSG has selected a few bowlers to train alongside the players Durban Super GiantsLSG’s South African sister franchise, during the upcoming SA20. Notably, the upcoming season of the SA20 starts on December 26 and lasts for about a month, offering an ideal competition and training environment. Among the names viewed Avesh Khan and Mohsen Khanboth are recovering from their injuries. Young left arm pacer Tiwari on the other hand also struggles to join the group.
The bowlers travel to Durban next week. Signed for INR 1 crore in the recent mini-auction, Naman looks like a long-term prospect. The 20-year-old is not part of Uttar Pradesh’s squad for the Vijay Hazare Trophy, making him available for the trip to Durban. In addition, it is understood that franchising requires official approval Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) ensuring all protocols are followed.
