The Long Island railway road and the Long Island highway, along with the Montak and Sun Highway, are the main east-west arteries of Long Island. Any number of parking and causes of causes will take you to the north and south. There are Bethpage State Parkway, Sinken Meadow Parkway, Jones Beach Causeway, many others. Sonny Corleone was hosted in a tollbooth in Jones Beach causeway. Everyone knows who did it: The Barzini family causes men, with the support of the Tattaglia family. Godfather was written about New Yorkers.
Bethpage State Park tightens Nassau and Suffolk counties. Many long islands come from families who headed east, leaving Brooklyn and Queens after World War II. The Irish Long Islanders tend to root for Mets because Brooklyn was so Irish and Mets were born of Brooklyn Dodgers. The Italian islands Long Islanders tend to root for Yankees, from ancient loyalty to Joe Dimaggio. Jay-Z wears a lid of yankees in “Empire State of Mind” and in real life.
Everyone in Long Island is cheated on golf. Most of all. There are a number of levels of steering and golf courses in Long Island, public courses, district courses, state courses, village courses, pitch courses and wells, mini golf courses nearby. Bethpage State Park has five courses, each identified by one color. Only Masokists play the black course, and this week 24 Ryder cups.
Bethpage, in its business circle, has an Italian restaurant and an Italian Deli and some Irish pub. It has an Indian restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, a Thai restaurant, a seafood restaurant, a Greek restaurant, plus some others. There are dinners and Bagel shops.
