Theofimo Lopez wants his fans on X to decide who he should fight between Richardson Hitchins and Shakur Stevenson.

It seems that the X users are fighting for Teo against Shakur, probably due to the recent back and forth between the two fighters on social media.
Shakur (24-0, 11 COs) comes on July 12 with a big win over William Zepeda, and his popularity is on the point after victory. It was not a spectacular victory, but compared to how he typically fights, it was exciting. People talk more about Stevenson than Hitchins. It should convince Lopez to fight against Shakur if he is serious about fans choosing his next opponent.
Fans would like to see Lopez fighting against Hitchins and Shakur, but it’s too much to hope. Theofimo has been very selective since his one major career victory over Vasily Lomachenko in 2020. The closest thing Lopez has had a risky battle since then was against Josh Taylor, who was washed when they fought.

The Real Decider: Turki Alalshikh
The ultimate decision will be which struggle with Turki Alalshikh will be willing to pay the most. If he offers the Aofimo $ 15-20 million to fight Hitchins, you can bet he will take the fight. It is doubtful that he will do so because Hitchins are only known by Hardcore box fans, and he has a small number of followers on social media compared to Shakur.
Hitchins has the IBF Light Welterweight title to argue his case for a fight against WBO champion Lopez (22-1, 13 COs). It would be a bisexual unification if they mix it.
Hitchins’ title not enough
