Mark your calendars, because here we go again.
For a limited time, which is probably until they sell (so perhaps 37 minutes), the title is offering a limited execution of the pro v1 golf ball.
For those of you simply learning about the left point today, I first want to be clear that the pro v1 left dot is different from the left Pro V1x left. Also different from the two-point pro v1x that cam Young played on his way to win the Wynham championship.
The left point is the left of the point, a lower flight CPO version, with lower rotation (custom performance option) of Pro V1. However, this statement is not without nuances.

The left point evolves while standing the same
The latest title made the left point available to daily players in September 2021. That was two generations removed from the current pro v1. My pointer to share is that while the general relationship between the left point and the pro -v1 shares still holds, the players are likely to find the left point a little more similar to the retail Pro V1 than it was in 2021.
Like golf clubs, golf balls change over time as the player needs evolution and technology advances. While the year 2025 Pro V1 is slightly higher than the ball of 2023, over the years, the Titeist has taken the spin from Pro V1 and has reformulated its cores. No small part of the last evolution of the title flag ball is attributed to the lessons obtained through the left point.
According to the title, the original leftist dot developed for tour players seeking the soft sense of Pro V1, but who wanted lower landing and long game rotation.
To achieve the desired performance, the title designed the left point with a high gradient core. My favorite analogy to help players understand what it means this is a chocolate lava cake. While I am not suggesting that the left can have a liquid chocolate center (though it would be amazing … and delicious), the essence is softer in the middle and becomes progressively stronger as you move towards the outside.

The benefit of a graduate essence is that it reduces the slope of rotation, which is a technical way to say it gives you the greatest differentiation of rotation from the wedge driver. It allows a ball that produces many rotations in the short game to provide significant reduction in driver and long cuffs.
The lessons received from the left point are entered in the main stream. Versions 2023 and 2025 of both Pro V1 and Pro V1X have presented essential graduated models.
You can thank the left point for this.
Still in the game
With the ball of 2023, in particular, the title brought the pro V1 performance closer to the left point, but remains a contingent of loyal players to the lower flight and rotation of the point.
Tony Finau has won five times with the left. Tom Hoge, Justin Rose and Jake KNAPP have also won the left.
Approximately six percent of the use of the Golf ball in the PGA Tour in 2025 has the point.
A more interesting note for non-Turne players among us: from the beginning of the year, three percent of title level equipment (the appropriate premium experience available to everyday players) have landed at the left point.
The valuable detail in this is that if the title fits you in the pro v1 left dot, they will make it available to you. And while three percent is not a large segment of the population, it is significantly better than your chances of winning the lottery … and potentially almost profitable.
Left -wing market

Honestly, I’m not sure if the left -wing can go to the market or revive it, but it will be a pleasure to see. As the buzz about the left point has died significantly since the fall of 2021, EBAY prices remain high. Individual balls have recently been sold for as much as 30 dollars and while occasionally they will sell a dozen for only $ 100, $ 225 for a single dozen is not uncommon. You can present it under “There’s a sucker born every minute.”
BUH Insanity.
By turning the left point in the market for a limited Encore representation, players will have to decide whether to play ’em or roll.
It’s not a simple choice. Do you risk shredding a $ 30 pond golf ball in 16 or selling it in some other jabron and use income to buy two pro -v1s stock sleeves and a hot dog?

Price and availability
Pro V1 left will be available through titeist.com and select online retailers (only SH.BA and Canada) September 23 with a two -dozen limit.
Like the first time around, don’t expect these to stay long.
office The title’s “secret” golf ball is back (and people are paying $ 200 per dozen) first appeared in MygolfSSS.
