Jannik Sinner continues to look unstoppable in New York.
The 24-year-old Italian, having a successful protection of the US Open title, Bulldozoi past Alexander Bublik on Monday, 6-1, 6-1, 6-1, to attack in the quarter-finals.

Bublik had included his first 59 games of tour service without breaking, but against the sinner who quickly climbed into the smoke. The Italian broke him eight times in 11 return matches and withdrew from one of the most dominant victories of the fourth round in the last memory.
Sinner has now won 11 consecutive matches in Flushing Meadows and has extended his Grand Slam Hard-up to 25. Since the beginning of 2024, he has accumulated a startling record 69–4 on the surface.

Regarding the breakdown of the bublik, the sinner said he kept the simple things: focus on consistency, make him move and stay under the control of the physical battle. “Some days are good, and some days are not good,” he said. “Today I played some good tennis occasionally. Sometimes he gave me some free points. I just tried to stay as stable, and I think today was probably the key.”
