Manny Pacquiao entered the updated welterweight ranking of the ring today on the #9 place. The list is Miss two significant namesDevin Haney and Karen Chukhadzhian, both fighting at a much higher level than 46-year-old Pacquiao.
Other missing names of the updated rank of the ring: Rolando ‘Rolly’ Romero and Jack Catterall. Those fighters deserve to be on the list.
Ennis welterweight confusion
The updated ranking of the ring still has Jaron ‘Boots’ Ennis as their champion, despite moving up to 154 and is already arranged in the division. It doesn’t make sense, because if there was time to include Pacquiao in the list, they could have removed Ennis.

Pacquiao did not look good enough in his 12-round draw against the WBC Champion of the WBC 147 Pounds Mario Barrios to be included in the top 10 list of the ring. He looked old, past it, and only in the first nine rounds against the worst link among the champions at Welterweight, and only able to fight hard. Manny’s inability to dominate Barrios was reason enough not to include him.
Barrios: Why is he arranged?
Barrios should not be on the top -10 list of the ring because he looked weak in his last two fights, and he struggled against a draw against travel man Abel Ramos, and failed to beat past his first Pacquiao.
Other names that don’t belong on the top 10 list of the ring: Giovanni Santillan and Alexis Rocha. These two fighters are not worthy to be even in the top 15.

Roman Polanco is fighting well enough to earn the #9 place that the ring used for Pacquiao. Polanco would have too much youth for Manny and probably jail him if they fight.
