The Psychology of Envy in Boxing: Turki Alalshikh analyzes Gervonta Davis’s ‘Devil’s Work’ outburst and Crawford’s success

Turki Alashikh responded to the media this week to the biting remarks of Gervonta Davis, saying he was not “blaming” him. Alalshikh considers it a natural response from the tank in response to Terence Crawford that brought in “Five times” What he has in his entire career of just two battles (Israil Madrimov and Canelo Alvarez). Davis told the media that he felt the boxers in the photo working on Turki’s boxing events became cult -like. They were the same dressed with bow tires and sold their souls for money. He made it sound like there was something dark, sinister and devil about the mating.

Tank Davis (30-0, 28 COs) has a much more entertaining style than Crawford and naturally delivers more knockouts. It is understandable why Gervonta would be bitter that Terence got the red carpet treatment through Turki and paid Gazillions, despite having a less entertaining fighting style.

Crawford cache in

Some box fans feel that Crawford, 37, does not earn such favors by Turki Alalshikh, as his career reserves is nothing special if one looks at it. They feel that his lack of true quality victories, his less-than-relationship fighting style, and his showing up from two divisions to 168 to challenge Canelo, makes him unworthy of the money he gets.

Terence did not do well in his last fight against Israel Madrimov at 154. It was such a close struggle that Crawford’s stock fell because he looked average for the first time in his career.
