The Tottenham Hotspur has given a prominent chance to reach the European League final after opening a global advantage against Bodo/Glimt.
The little-known team inside the Arctic Circle has made history this season, becoming the first semifinals of Norwegian football into a UEFA club competition.
But Spurs made a first advantage in northern London inside the first minute through Brennan Johnson. A second goal before half the time came from James Maddison, while a third of Dominic Solanke was from the penalty site just over an hour.
Ulrik Saltnes withdrew a goal for Bodo/Glimt Tard, which offers a little hope in the second half of its tie next Thursday.
However, it is the Postecoglou Angera Spurs that are the strong favorites to progress now, keeping the search for a first trophy in the club in 17 years. The manager may also preserve his silver delivery record in his second season, after having previously done to all the other teams he has been.
