When testing golf shoes, focus on traction, comfort and stability. “Cold” is not part of the official note, but that does not mean we have no opinions. Most were not part of our official test as they are fresh omissions, but if you are the player type that brings a small course to the course, this list is for you.

It is aimed at the outside player who wants little advantage and is not afraid to highlight. We have not tested performance technology here, but if your style is more supported “Back Nine” meets “Backwoods”, this fits the bill.
Nike Air Pegasus 89 g
This is not a new release from Nike but it is still fine. Moreover, it is worth noting that Nike did not exactly prevail our 2025 testing.
We still think Nike Air Pegasus 89 g It’s cute.
Wet Rubber pull, a hidden zoom air unit on the heel and return designation from the original ’89 pins make this one of the coldest options available.
New FootJay wave traditions (restricted edition)
Footpoy tradition shoes appeared in our 2025 testing. While it was not a technology -filled power plant, it was comfortable. Think of it as the quiet cousin of the premiere series, the same style of dress shoe, lighter sensations and better comfort results.
Restricted edition route to this new wave model Adds a touch of additional violence. If you want a traditional view of golf with modern comfort and some great colors, this is a good choice. Just don’t expect elite stability or advanced design features.
Under Forgive Forge Forge 96
Forge 96 It has to do with retro value. With $ 100, these are one of the most affordable, delightful shoes available in 2025. Inspired by 90s sneakers, it contains water resistant mesh, updated foam and an exterior of grippy.
You are not getting luxury materials here, but if you want a shoe that brings strong comfort and a lot of turning style without emptying your wallet, this is a pair to consider.
