The athletes of the World Relatives’ team concluded their residential training at the Nairobi Ulinzi Sports Championship before the World Rele Championships in Guangzhou, which will take place on May 10-11.
The team leaves for a global event on Wednesday, May 7, 6 p.m. 10 on Doha to reach out on Thursday afternoon.
Coach Stanley’s towel hopes that they will put their days for good use when they compete in the world’s relays after he watched remarkable improvements of his athletes.
“The course has been smoothly from Go GO, and I have witnessed a large improvement of athletes.
For example, when we started the camp, the athletes had about 12 seconds during the 120-meter Spirz.
“Relays need to train at least one month to harmonize all aspects, especially the BATON flow 4×100 m.
“Some athletes’ credentials are encouraged. We have 44 seconds of 4400 m men who are 400 seconds and three women passing 51 seconds.
The athletes are also in high spirits.
Isahak Omuran, the younger brother, with Omanialla, the fastest Africa, one of the youngest members of the team in the world, is enthusiastic about his first senior development. It is obvious that his appetite for glory, not only in Guangzhou, but also good in Tokyo September World Cup.
“The camp has been good. Coaches and athletes are cooperating. I can’t complain about China. Ferdinand, Visseman (have been) and Mverza (Bonemas), large athletes who did great things in sports. I look at them and they say what they are.
Cooperation Games 100m Champion Ferdinand Ozbiala, Olympic University Ecuam and coach Simon Riga are already in China as a team of Kenya.
