The ICC has announced the revised schedule for the 2024 T20 Women’s World Cup



The International Cricket Council (ICC) ICC has officially announced the revised schedule of Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 and moved the tournament to 2024 date. United Arab Emirates (UAE). Initially, it is planned to host Bangladesh From October 3 to 20, the tournament will be held in two locations in the UAE: Dubai and Sharjah.

The decision to move the event was made due to travel advisories imposed by several participating countries amid the current political climate in Bangladesh.

Ten teams divided into two groups of five will participate in the tournament, and the top two teams from each group will advance to the playoffs.

  • Group A: Australia, India, New Zealand, PakistanSri Lanka
  • Group B: South Africa, England, West Indies, Bangladesh, Scotland

The games of the preparatory stage are planned from September 28 to October 1, until the start of the tournament.
