The direction of the Dreams of the ATMANE terrain continues in cincinnati.
ATMANE grew up in the past of the world No. 9 Holger Rune on Thursday night for its second direct-10 victory, to reserve a place in its first semifinal of career masters.

“I don’t think every word can describe how I feel now,” Atmane said. “It is very crazy to be honest. Being here in the semifinal of a Master 1000, entering Top-100 and even (higher) with victory tonight.
“Also too much money for me, so it will be very useful for my career, so it means a lot to me. I’m very exciting for that.”
The French Southpaw was prevalent from start to finish as he received a 6-2, 6-3 win to become the first qualifier to reach Final Four in Cincinnati since Alexandr Dolgopolov in 2015.
Atmane, who has defeated Yoshihito Nishioka, Flavio Cobolli, Joao Fonseca, Taylor Fritz and Rune in his best tour ever, is up to no.69 in the live rankings after starting the week at 36.
He won 28 of the 33 points of the first service and placed Tonin early by fighting through an eight-mass game to turn his fifth game point for 3-1 in a set. It was the whole wiggle room to need.
Atmane was broken in the first match of the second set, but broke again for 2-2, then he moved forward with a break for 5-3 before serving the match in an hour and 13 minutes.
ATMANE is now the eighth player of the lower rank to reach a Master’s 1000 Master’s semifinal.
He will face the world No.1 Jannik Sinner in the semifinals.
