Taylor Fritz goes to Turin!
The California kid became the fifth player to qualify for this year’s Nitto ATP Finals in Turin thanks to Andrey RublevDefeat to Francisco Cerundolo in Paris on Tuesday.
Fritz, who turned 27 on October 28, will be making his second appearance at the prestigious year-end ATP Championship. He reached the semi-finals on his debut in 2022.
Fritz is 49-20 on the season with a pair of titles and a trip to the US Open final, where he became the first American to reach a Grand Slam final since 2009.

Three spots are still uncontested for the ATP Finals. Novak Djokovic, Casper Ruud and Andrey Rublev currently hold the spots, but others such as Alex de Minaur, Grigor Dimitrov and Stefanos Tsitsipas still have hope.
Tommy Paul and Frances Tiafoe have been eliminated from the competition with their first round losses in Paris.
