This week’s PGA Tour is 2024 Shriners for Children Openlong event held in Las Vegas, and we’re picking a winless Swedish pro whose game is rounding into shape as our long shot. Here are our long picks, Shriners Children’s Open odds, betting favorites and everything else you need to know.
Shriners Open Children’s Odds: Long-shot Bet
Our long shot pick for this week’s Shriners Children’s Open is Henrik Norlanderwhich comes into the week with +6600 odds to win.
The veteran Swede is rarely a ball of choice at any tournament and for good reason. Norlander has never won on the PGA Tour, and he has just one top-10 finish in 2024.
But the 37-year-old has saved his best game for the fall. He finished T28 at the Sanderson Farms Championship before battling it out at last week’s Black Desert Championship and finishing T8, his best finish of the season.
We hope Norlander can ride that positive momentum to a first Tour win this week.
If you place a $10 bet on Norlander to win and he does, you’ll win $660. Consider placing additional small bets on Norlander for top 10 and top 20 finishes for insurance.
