Q-Star ultideed is made at final speed at all shooting.
Srixon
For those who want more distance in their game, Srixon’s newest golf ball can simply be tickets.
The company is presenting Q-Star Ultide, its first new Golf ball in North America since 2017, which has specifically aimed at players playing regular flexible shafts.
“The new ultidest Q-Star has received years of search and innovation,” Srixon’s vice president for Business Planning Brian Schielke said in a release. “We tested hundreds of materials to find the right balance of feeling and performance to maximize what this golf ball could do. The result is a truly dynamic option that gives the players the additional yards they are looking for for tee-green, along with great feeling and control.”
The Q-Star Ultideed is a three-piece golf ball originally released in the Japanese market that has been subjected to what the company describes as radical changes from its predecessors.
The ball initially began as an ultra-firm prototype, non-conforming with a compression of 115, which would basically have made it like playing with a rock. But over time, Srixon changed the ball pattern to maintain a firm’s fast speed, but softens the feeling to better attract players at slower speed.
The Q-Star ultideed also has a new fast-quick updated essence that took place to minimize the viability variations that occur in other golf balls.
Srixon uses a gentle approach to start with their cores for which they say it helps to increase club speed in all shakes. The ball also has a specially designed 338 pale model to improve aerodynamics and reduce the creep for more distance.
