While a four hours wind delay derailed Shriners Open for Kids On Friday, things are almost back on track TPC Summerlin in Las Vegas.
The players will complete the third round on Sunday morning before immediately regrouping and being sent in three separate groups for the final round.
The leaderboard is tight and the story lines are numerous. Kurt Kitayama and Gary Woodland hold the current club lead at 14 under par. Kitayama, an alumnus of nearby UNLV, is seeking his second career PGA Tour victory, while Woodland is hoping for his fifth — and first title since. had brain surgery a year ago.
Other contenders include current 15-under par leaders Doug Ghim and JT Poston, who both have holes remaining in the third round. Ghim is looking for his first Tour win while Poston is chasing his third.
