Bill Haney insists that Devin Haney still operates spiritually on all eight cylinders after beating Ryan Garcia last year.

The former WBC and WBO champion of 140 pounds of Ramirez (29-2, 19 COs) has made it clear that he will swing for the fences. He will test whether Haney can still take a punch.
