Shawn Porter says he watched Shakur Stevenson Spar and got away from the experience while dealing with Floyd Mayweather Jr. Saw Stevenson neutralizing the violation of his training partners.
Porter believes he believes that WBC lightweight champion Shakur (23-0, 11 COs) will close the violation of William Zepeda and show his ‘greatness’ in their fight at the 12th map at Louis Armstrong Stadium in Queens, New York.

Sparring: No Championship Metric
Shakur -predominant sparring partners prove nothing. If the fighters were world class, they would not work as helpers in the gym. Porter knows this, but it sounds like he works with Turki Alalshikh. Having a sparring partner is common for top fighters. Now it would be a different story if Shakur Zepeda, Andy Cruz or Floyd Schofield neutralize in sparring.
