Shakur Stevenson said today that he wants the Gervonta Davis match next after defending his WBC lightweight title against William Zepeda on Saturday, July 12. Stevenson continued to claim that a fight is between him and Tank Davis “The biggest fight in the world.” The reality is that there is no interest in the fight among fans.
Shakur is increasingly seen as a false, a ‘jerry’, who is just looking for a cash against Tank Davis. He avoids the top killers like the pest and wants no part of Andy Cruz and Abdullah Mason.

Tank Davis had no intention of fighting against Shakur after seeing him running from De Los Santos. The last thing he wanted was to be part of a fight where he chased Shakur while the crowd wicked him in the background.
Shakur does not understand how his game is a pure face for fighters he wants to fight, and after watching the De Los Santos and Artem Harutyunyan fights, they saw no value to fight him.
Stevenson’s assertion: Greatest struggle
