British Runner continues its good shape because Paul Macoca attracts men’s victory in Poland on Sunday

Women
The British athletes’ Scout Adkin (HOCK EU) was a strong favorite for women, but it was not clear how useful local knowledge would be. There were many very strong local women who were able to challenge the podium.
At first, there were strong international runners, including Spanish Florencia Milanesi (Asics) and Maria Constanza Begliaro, plus Canadian Adeli Bliz.
But from the very beginning, Adkin showed its dominance, slowly building more and more open on other women. He was not caught in any way, and he won 2:50:36. He increases this victory in the ZMEU X Festival and a vertical and two second places in Trofeo Nasego, so far this World Cup.
Polish Running Viro Matuzk (Salomon) attracts a strong second place 2. 56. On 06, in the third place is the Polish skimo champion Iwona Januszyk (KS Kandahar). Januszyk actually lives on a race route, so its local knowledge and course have been obviously repaid.
Men
Like a women’s race, there were two clear favorite, then mixed a number of strong local runners. Kenyan Runners Kevin Kibet and Paul Machoka (Atletica Saluzzo) were definitely running out of the run here. Before this race, Machoka was the leader of this year’s Men’s World Cup with a victory in ZMeu X Fest in two second places of Troofeo Nassego. Kibet was a close runner in Zmeu X Fest.
Like strong Polish men, we also had international runners Hamish Wolfe, who run to Scotland and Romanian Alexandru Focus (Datacor Running Team).
With joy it was Kibget and Macochaka who went out very soon, and it was clear that the race would be third. Machocan 2: 26: 14, Kibet on 2: 26:14. The third race, finally, won by Polish Runner Marcel Fabian 2. 33. To 50.
