“Many people in India have this strange idea that a thin waist means a fit person. How often have we heard someone look at a thin waist and say how fit he is? Being fit isn’t just about a thin waist. If the mind is strong , then physical training can be controlled to a large extent,” he concluded.

Rishabh Pant was initially heavily criticized for his fitness, but he continued to perform for the team. But after the accident, he worked hard on fitness.
