Indian National Cricket Team batsman Sanju Samson was the star of his team in the third T20I against Bangladesh National Cricket Team. The final dead rubber of the three-match series between the teams was played at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad on Saturday (October 12).
Sanju Samson opened the batting Indian National Cricket Teamhe came out with some sensational innings and finally batted to his full potential. The keeper played a flawless throw and his accurate ball placement from the start showed he was up for something special.
Samson looked in an aggressive mood from the start and made sure he didn’t let his team go on the back foot after losing Abhishek Sharma (4) early. The keeper-fielder looked like a man on a mission as he hit bowlers all over the park with his brute force.
Samson hit some breathtaking shots in his innings but it was a particular shot that caught the attention of many. It sent many into a frenzy and even the on-air commentators couldn’t believe how the wicketkeeper-batsman managed to play that shot and send it for a six.
In the 5th ball of the 8th over, Mustafizur Rahman hit a backhand outside off. Samson went deep into his crease and hit the ball over the covers for a maximum as he was all level with the Indian National Cricket Team batting.

Samson, who scored a half-century off just 22 balls, brought out the best on Rishad Hossain. The keeper-fielder was furious as he hit 5 sixes in a row and after that he made sure to make his 50 a brilliant century.
Sanju Samson scored the second fastest century by India in T20Is. He finished with 111 runs off 47 balls. He batted at a strike rate of 236.14 and also hit 11 fours and 8 sixes in his innings. Thanks to his amazing effort with the bat, the Indian National Cricket Team posted a total of 297 runs on the board.
