Sam’s Club Mark Pro Series’ member golf ball FAST spread aroundSocial media f-street sections over the weekend, and the balls were sold on the Sam’s Club website since 10am EST on Wednesday morning.

The ball seems to be a challenger of Costco – the main rival of the Sam’s Club in the Buyer’s Most Buyer’s space – and its population Kirkland’s signature Golf ball line.

Costco debutable A four -piece ball, covered with Urethan Kirkland Signature Golf Ball in 2016 for $ 29.99 for two dozen. The retailer could not hold the balls on the shelves, and consumers sold them for large notes in the secondary market.

“K-Sig” original eventually won a lawsuit by acushnet, The parent company of the title, claiming that Kirkland Ball violated 10 of Pro V1 patents. The lawsuit was finally extinguished outside the court in 2018, and Costco briefly left the Golf Ball space just to return in 2019.

Today, Kirkland cannons are still a popular opportunity for budget players looking for a urethran covered ball for just $ 15 in dozen, but the balls do not have the same diligence as the original model.

Now, Costco’s rival is entering space with her balls of her new member Mark Golf. The balls are sold under the company’s home brand, which began selling gloves a few years ago.

On the Sam’s Club website, the Golf Ball was selling for $ 27.98 for two dozen (a significant underestimation of $ 2 of the costco price) before finishing shares.

According to the rankings on the website, the ball has a compression “about 90”, which puts it in the same category as the pro v1, Tayormade TP5 or Callaway Chrome Tour titermade (Note: Not “X” versions of these balls, which have a higher compression).

The website also says that the three -piece ball cover is made of “mixed urethane”, and it has a pale optimized pattern to “generate a powerful flight in wind conditions”.

Walmart did not immediately respond to a golf email looking for more information on the ball.

In recent years, Costco has also entered the Golf Club market with a Putter ($ 149.99), A group of wedges ($ 169.99 per three)or Set of handcuffs ($ 499.99) AND a driver (199.99 dollars).

We will have to wait and see if Sam’s Club plans to do the same with its Mark member brand.
