Frances Tiophoe’s Run Cincinnati ended up in a painful exit – which can also damage his open hopes in the US.

After Tiephae went up to 3-0, Rune won nine of the next 11 games before he retired.

Tiephae, who reached the quarter -finals in Roland Garros and Washington, DC, is facing the increased pressure of protecting the semifinal points from 2024 US Open.
