It was exciting for Rossi, who rode the MMR race bike of Massimiliano Morlacci’s team for the first time in Moto2.

Times. I have to thank Massimo Morlacchi and my technicians and mechanics for the great work they have done and will continue to do. I also want to thank Revesz Racing, PolyglassUSA and my management for giving me this opportunity.

Massimiliano Morlacci: “First of all, I am very happy to have a new American rider in my team. Rossi has shown a very good attitude to adapt quickly on this bike and I expect his progress to be able to achieve an absolutely significant lap time. We still have a lot of work to do, but with the technical package and kilometers we have, I am confident that Rossi will reach the goals set. Thank you Rossi, Stefano Favaro and all the management for believing in our project. Welcome Rossi!”
