Indian National Cricket Team captain Rohit Sharma had a storming outing with the bat in the second innings of the ongoing second Test against the Australian National Cricket Team. The match between the two teams is underway at the Adelaide Oval stadium in Adelaide.
Rohit Sharma, going to ball number 6, was shaky with the bat throughout his stay at the crease. This was because the players of the Australian National Cricket Team were on the money and swinging the ball big time under the lights with the crowd behind them.
Rohit Sharma also survived an early chance and was expected to cash it in and save the Indian National Cricket Team from trouble. But it was not to be, the team captain returned to the hut early as the visitors came under immense pressure.
Rohit Sharma was removed by Australian captain Pat Cummins, who made a jaffa to send the batter packing. The pacer bowls a delivery that sits on a good length. The Indian captain tried to defend it on the back foot.
The ball went wide of the ball and hit the top of the off stump, sending Indian National Cricket Team captain Rohit Sharma packing. The Australian skipper was shocked at the way he pulled himself together before his stumps went into action.
