Liverpool’s jota diogo could be in motion This summer after a tepid season.
Journalist Ben Jacobs revealed Through Givemsport Podcast That the Portuguese star is open to a transfer if it guarantees a more regular play time.
Although Jota is not considered a priority departure for Liverpool, clubs competing in European competitions have a look at their situation.
Since arriving from Wolves in 2020, Jota has been a reliable threat to the Reds. He has scored 46 goals from the Premier League in only 115 appearances and has 64 goals in all competitions.
However, with the increasingly limited playing time, the 27 -year -old may have the decision to make on his future. Jacobs said that while Liverpool does not actively seek to download it, the opportunities elsewhere could be tempting for the versatile attacker.
With Arne Slot, who will take care of Anfield, Jota’s role in the plans of the new manager is still uncertain. If you are below the pecking order, A summer departure could be more likely, especially if a European football club offers a leading role.
For now, Jota’s future is still in the balance, but with the interest of all over Europe, Liverpool may have a great decision to make in the coming months.

What did Ben Jacobs say about the future of Diogo Jota?
Jacobs said of the Portuguese star: “Yes, they would do it. It is the possibility that (diogo) jota can go, although I would not say that it is a priority departure, and it would be very dependent on jota and if he feels he will get regular minutes under Arne’s slot. He is definitely obliged to leave the club.
“But of the names that could be a potential outing, I would classify Darwin Núñez much higher, as there is interest in Saudi Arabia, and we know that the tastes of Luis Diaz, Cody Gakpo and others have sometimes favored Jota, but it has this versatility where it can be played in more than one position.
“Liverpool is valued as a squad player, but ultimately the player can obtain other opportunities. A jota exit is not guaranteed, but there is a realistic possibility that the suitors make a focus on Liverpool to better understand the situation. Jota wants European football and ideally in the Champions League.”
