There are many going to the creation of strength, speed and a Solid strike when hitting an iron. To simplify things, focus on what I call all three L. nailing these can make a big difference in your quality Ball strike.
L The first stands low. At the address, make sure you are hanging out of your hips to get your body over the ball, not standing (above, left). This is critical for controlling the shake radius and avoiding shooting at the top.
L second stands for Lean. At an address with an iron, you feel like most of your weight is on your front side, as if you are relying on a predetermined impact (above, in the middle). Of course, your weight will be moved again as you swing on top, but the prejudice of the front side pressure like this is an easy way to create the desired contact of the first ball of the ball.
The last l is a little more dynamic. Stays for a long time. As you swing through the influence, you feel your wings lie across the ball, becoming longer as you go to your end (up, right). This avoids the tendency to “chicken wing”, or hold your leaning arm arm – a large slice inductor.
What is most important is for you to put all L’s as you hit the ball. As you can see below, even in influence, I am low, supported and tall. Regardless of the swing speed, this trio will send the ball by climbing from the face – and descending next to the pin.
