Ray Ford says he hopes his next fight after his August 16 against Abraham Nova for a world title against Super Featherweight Champions Sugar Nunez or O’Shaqui Foster. Ford (17-1-1, 8 COs) has no preference for which of the two champions he challenges.
Nova Fight is a must-win
Ford is fighting against replacement opponent Nova (24-3-1, 17 COs) in a 12-round under map fight in Riyadh. The event is displayed directly on Dazn PPV. Ray can’t afford another night like us in his loss of Nick Ball or his controversial twelfth round victory over Otabek Kholmatov in 2024. He beat both the fights.
