Raheem Sterling spent the season 2024-25 loan to Arsenal, hoping to resurrect his career after being considered surplus to the requirements at Chelsea.
But the 30-year-old man managed only one goal in 28 appearances in all competitions and failed to establish himself as usual in the Arsenal team.
To complicate matters, Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has already confirmed that Sterling is not part of his future template at Stamford Bridge, leaving English to Limbe in the summer.
But, although things are still unclear for the 82 -layer International of England, there is already a new sterline in northern London. Raheem’s eight-year-old son, Thiago, has officially joined the prestigious Arsenal Hale End Academy, signing with the U-9 side and made his first great step in the world of football.
Sterling’s partner, Paige Milian, shared the news in an emotional Instagram post, celebrating his son’s achievement with Thiago’s photos with a Arsenal T -shirt and signing his contract with the two parents with pride by his side.
“Beyond the pride of my first son Thiago to sign with @OFFICIALLESENALACADEMY U9,” he wrote. “The growth, dedication and hard work you have shown last year have been incredible to see; you have won this,” he added. “This is just the beginning, so keep your feet on the ground, keep -you humble and continue to crush, the trip does not stop here.”
For now, Sterling’s own career can be at a junction, but his son’s trip to Arsenal is just beginning.
