With the UEFA Women’s European Championship of 2025 on the corner vault, the teams are preparing for the tournament by revealing the kits that will take to Switzerland.
Earlier this month, Nike revealed the new strips for several of the most important parts of the competition, including the champions defenders Englandas well as France and the Netherlands.
Now Puma has responded with his own launch, revealing the kits of house and outside the host nation, along with Portugal and Iceland.
Let’s look closely.
What is the tradition with the domestic kits of Portugal, the new design presents the iconic red base, inspired by Quinas: the symbol found on both the Portuguese shield and the emblem of the national team.
In the meantime, the outside kit is predominantly mint green, accentuated with subtle red details and black cuts around the pass and sleeves. According to Puma, the design reflects “the intersection of art, technology and football found in Portugal today.”
The Switzerland Home Kit is inspired by traditional Swiss textile monograms, leading to a simple but elegant design that guarantees that the hosts look at home.
The distance kit pays tribute to the Jungfraujoch railway station in the Alps, the highest the highest in Europe. It has a crunchy white base with a mountainous graphic striking, capturing the spirit of the iconic landscapes of Switzerland.
The new domestic kit of Iceland, with a classic blue base with white and red details, is said to be inspired by the fluid movement of the country’s glaciers.
The Kit Away, possibly the highlight of the new collection of puma, is predominantly white, adorned with a blue motif swept on the front that resembles the northern lights, the iconic natural phenomenon that dances through the sky of Iceland.
It is a real thing of beauty, just like the lights.
The Euro 2025 starts on July 2 when Iceland takes Finland in the Stockhorn arena in Thun. The tournament concludes on July 27.
