Regis Prograis is already practicing after his unanimous ten -round victory over Joseph ‘Jojo’ Diaz in a war on August 2. The former World Champion World Champion of two divisions, Progis (30-3, 24 COs), achieved his first win in two years since 2023, and he was motivated by it.
Chase Devin Haney, Ryan Garcia
Regis, 36, has a great hope of winning the victory over ‘Jojo’ Diaz in a big money-fighting event on one of Turki Alalshikh’s Riyadh season cards. Prograis rattle of these names for who wants to fight next:
– Devin Haney
– Ryan Garcia
– Oscar Duarte
– Jose Ramirez
For Turki to use Prograis on his Riyadh season meetings, he will probably expect a big name. Of course, the bottom map for the Canelo Alvarez against Terence Crawford event is mostly smaller name fighters next month in poor battles.

If it was not beaten, he would be perfect for the map in a long -standing battle against the former Unified Light Welterweight Champion Jose Ramirez or Ryan Garcia. A fight between them would be interesting to fans if Kingry was willing to get involved. He looked Square card guns on May 2nd in his loss of Rolando ‘Rolly’ Romero.
Prograis’s punch resistance problem
Prograis’s punch resistance now seems to be away. He was injured several times by non-puncher Jojo Diaz, and he was dropped in his three previous fights by Jack Catterall, Devin Haney and Danielito Zorrilla. Fighting a motivated Ryan Garcia would be risky if Kingry was willing to let his hands go.
The performance by Prograis was not good enough for him to earn a world title at 140. Even if he got the chance to fight for a belt, it wouldn’t end well for him fighting against champions Gary Antuanne Russell, Subriel Matias, Theofimo Lopez or Richardson Hitchins. Those fighters all compete at a much higher level than Regis has shown against Diaz.
