Liverpool’s midfielder Alexis Mac Allister has been appointed player of the Premier League month by April 2025, with Wolverhampton Wanderers’s head, Vitor Pereira, who brought home the month.
Mac Allister scored a long-range glorious goal in a disappointing 3-2 defeat against Fulham and achieved an excellent month opening the score in the 5-1 victory over Tottenham Hotspur, who finally confirmed Liverpool as the Premier League champion.
It is only the fourth Argentinian who never won the monthly prize of the Premier League, following Juan Sebastian Veron, Carlos Tevez and Sergio Aguero.
Liverpool Now I have had two different prizes winners this season. Mac Allister follows Talisman Mohamed Salah, who collected the prize in both November 2024 and the February 2025.

There may have been five candidates for the April Manager Award, including the winner of the Arne Slot title, but Pereira was a clear favorite after bringing the wolves to a perfect month. Five wins of five saw that Molineux’s dress confirmed his place to the Premier League next season after a battle season.
