The 14th edition of this event has seen a good way for participants in 10 km and a half marathon and 3 km away
The record number of participants resolved the “Sunderland” city of 2025, which passes Sunday (May 11).
This year’s more than 5,000 runners have been registered with this year’s Sunderland City 10 km, Sunderland City Half Marathon and Active Sunderland Great 3 km, and good weather has caused a large crowd on the city streets. The 14th edition of “Sunderland City” was organized by northern events in cooperation with the Sunderland City Council.
All three races started and ended with Keely Square in Sandsetia, where the village of the event was full of people with the whole event. Organizers organized for round-the-clock water parks to help keep Runners moistened.
The action started with a large 3 km of “Active Sunderland”, in which most of the 700 runners were young people.
