Manchester City lost ground in the race to qualify for the Champions League, as they fell to a 0-0 draw with Southampton, which kept only a third net sheet in its last 48 games to thwart visitors.
Southampton accepted his state as subdogs and focused on defense. They gave the city more than 70% of possession in the first half, but did not give a shot to the destination until the Ruben long -range strike days five minutes before half the time was saved.
