The Chelsea has a foot in the quarterfinals of the conference league after a 2-1 victory over Copenhagen at Parken Stadium on Thursday night.
The blues opened a 2-0 lead in the Danish capital, which caused Copenhagen retired to the end of the game to keep a disappointment on the door.
After a first half without a goal, Reece James pushed Chelsea ahead with a low strike from outside the box, which was located in the lower corner of the goal almost directly from the restart.
In the middle of the second half, Enzo Fernandez doubled that lead when he turned a cross by Tyrique George in the middle of the box.
But Gabriel Pereira’s chief’s head claims that Copenhagen is not dead on the tie, even if the advantage is with Chelsea ahead of the second stage of next week at the Stamford Bridge.
