Wimbledon– Playing a house on Monday on Tuesday did not split up Tommy Paul.
Nor an adequate AC.
Nr. Paul with 13 years old, did fast British card work Johannus of Monday 6-4, 6-4, 6-2 navigation in Wimbledon’s second round for the fourth time.
An old tennis advertisement remembers: what you don’t know can hurt you.
The champion of the Queen’s 2024th Paul club did not know much about Monday, but said he got left service models very quickly.
“I broke up I think the third match of the match, the second or third match,” Paul said. “So I mean, I think he gave me a lot of lost first serves in that game. Maybe a few nerves from him.
“Then from there I was able to really understand his game a little more without pressure on me, and the kind that I had the first first to really get some kind of pattern. I mean, he actually served greatly for the rest of this group. I just didn’t give him much look at my service.
Although Florida’s tall resident, Paul is typically accustomed to training in Harsh Hea, on an annoying day today he felt that British players had the advantage.
That’s because Paul was not accustomed to sleeping without air conditioning and reported the AC’s mobile units he rented did not really calm him down very much last night.
“We were joking about this morning. We were saying I think heat during the match is an advantage for me because I just came from Florida two weeks ago,” Paul said. “But the heat overnight last night was an advantage for all British because I think they are used to sleep without AC, and I’m not.”
Sleepless in Paul’s First Week Perspectives: He will face 165 rankings Sebastian offer for a place in the third round.
29-year-old led Hamad Medjedovic 7-6 (8), 3-1, when the Serb was forced to withdraw with an injury to the right foot after falling to the bar twice in a two-match space.
