Pakistan National Cricket Team announced their playing XI for the second T20I against Zimbabwe National Cricket Team. The second leg of the three-match series between the teams will take place on Tuesday (December 2) at the Queens Park Club in Bulawayo.
Pakistan National Cricket Team kept the same team in the second game as well. They performed brilliantly in the first match under the leadership of Salman Ali Agha and won the game by a huge margin of 57 runs.
Saim Ayub and Omair Yousuf will face Zimbabwe in the second T20 for Pakistan
Saim Ayub and Omair Yousuf will open the innings for the Salman Ali Agha-led side in the second game. Although the left-hander has a good shot in the middle, Yusuf scored just 16 runs and will be hoping to improve his performance in the next game.
Usman Khan, who played an innings of 39 runs in the first match, is expected to bat at number 3 in the second match as well. Skipper Salman Ali Agha is expected to take the 4th place. He will be looking to make an impact with the bat in the second game for Pakistan, having struggled to feature in the series opener.
Tayyab Tahir and Irfan Khan will be the team’s two finalists in the second T20I
He scored 13 runs off 19 balls and would have hoped for a better effort. Tayyab Tahir, who was selected as the Player of the Match in the team’s first game, is expected to play in the 5th position. He played an unbeaten innings of 39 runs off 25 balls and would hope to continue his good form.
He along with Irfan Khan who scored 27 runs in the first game will be vital for their team in the second game as well. Jahandad Khan and Abbas Afridi, who picked a wicket in the last game, will be the two all-rounders of the team.
Haris Rauf will lead the pace attack, two spinners in Abrar Ahmed, who took three wickets in the last match, and Sufiyan Mugeem, who bagged three scalps, have been picked for the second game against Zimbabwe.

The visitors were hoping to seal the series in the second game. They were spectacular with bat and ball in the first game and took an early lead in the series. They posted a total of 165 runs on the board and then bowled out the Zimbabwe National Cricket Team for just 108 runs and won the match by 57 runs.
