The Pakistani Criket Council (PCB) has stopped all protest certificates (nocs) for players in foreign leagues and created uncertainty in global cricket schemes. However, the Board did not noted that retired players affected players in the United States (USA) and Canada-based leagues and are affected.
The confusion began after the PCB has previously canceled all the mooks for players in foreign leagues. Notice sent to the organizers of the league on a global scale, did not clarify whether the retired players were included.
