Jake Paul says Canelo Alvarez is “over the hill ” And he would have beaten him if they had fought on May 3. Cruiserweight Jake notes that he threw more shots on November 15 last year in his eight battle at two minutes against Mike Tyson than Canelo did in his 12 round against William Scull.

Crawford also shot
Paul feels it is a signal that Canelo is washed. This is a fair assumption. Canelo shot 100%, just like Terence Crawford in his last fight against Israel Madrimov. They were shells of their former self.
Paul and Canelo were working on a collision on May 3 last year. However, when Turki Alalshikh signed Alvarez in an agreement with four struggles, he linked himself against William Scull on that date. Turki prefers that Canelo is fighting ‘real fighters’. Turki would have been better off if he could fight Canelo rather than Scull, because it would have been entertaining.
“I threw more bumps in eight rounds of two minutes than he fought in a 12-round (against William Scull),” Jake Paul told the media Today at his press conference with Julio Cesar Chavez jr. at the Avalon Hollywood Theater in Los Angeles to promote their 28th battle on Dazn.
Canelo fought as if he had no heart training for the fight, and was too tired to throw more than a few shots in every round. He threw only 152 strokes in the whole fight.
‘1000%, without a doubt. I would have beaten Canelo. That’s what I’ve said. He is over the hill. Oh, “Jake said when asked if his fight against Julio Cesar Chavez jr. Will be more entertaining on September 13 than the Canelo against Terence Crawford.
Did Turki make the right call?
Perhaps Turki made the right movement by not letting Canelo fight against Paul, because if he lost him, it would have been impossible to place him in the ‘big fight’ against Crawford. Alvarez would have been useless.
“Obviously, Crawford is a wonderful fighter. Canelo is a wonderful fighter, but I just think it has more hype about it. We just saw them boring, and they probably just sitting there dancing for 12 rounds,” Paul said about the Canelo against Crawford Clash.
Jake is right again. Canelo-Crawford is going to be boring, because none of the fighter has anything left, and they probably only fight for the money. They are so old and not entertaining to look at.
Paul says the Canelo battle “must happen for improving the boxing sport.”
